Personalisation is added in gold in Heat Transfer Vinyl onto the luggage tags. The tags are smooth Faux / PU leather and not a textured fabric. 

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on personalised items. Please ensure your personalisation request is correct at the time of ordering, as we are not responsible for mis-spellings or errors. However, if your order is faulty, arrives damaged or doesn't match the personalisation requested upon ordering, please contact us.
