Is local delivery available?
Yes! Personal delivery is available for customers within a 5 mile radius of NN9 5. Just select this option at checkout (this will only appear as an option if your address is within a 5 mile radius). Minimum order of £10 applies.
Can I choose different fonts, colours or designs?
Where at all possible we will accommodate your requests. We make each item to order so we will do our very best to meet your individual needs. Please message us to discuss your request.
Can I return a personalised item?
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on personalised items. Please ensure your personalisation request is correct at the time of ordering, as we are not responsible for mis-spellings or errors. However, if your order is faulty, arrives damaged or doesn't match the personalisation requested upon ordering, we can of course refund or replace the product.
