At Rose & Hays we care about our environment and the animals within it, so our Reindeer food is wildlife safe and follows advice from the RSPCA/RSPB. This means it will not contain anything that can be harmful to any animals in your garden (such as glitter and sparkly plastics!). We use a mixture of raw oats and bird seed.  

If you have any specific requests, then please let us know and we will do our best to help you and fulfil your request. 

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on personalised items. Please ensure your personalisation request is correct at the time of ordering, as we are not responsible for mis-spellings or errors. However, if your order is faulty, arrives damaged or doesn't match the personalisation requested upon ordering, please contact us.
